No, you do not need to worry about backups. We do backups every 6 hours.
If it should happen, that our system crashes, we still know all activities after the last
backup, because you'll get bccs of all notification e-mails. This way
even the data after the last backup can be reconstructed.
You can additionally do your own backup at [Office - Create Backup] and download it to your computer. The backup
is XML-based and human readable.
Usually our systems should not crash, we run the Paperdyne database on a RAID 1 system with redundant
hard disks. If one disk fails, we are notified automatically. The backup is needed,
if both disks crash at the same time.
