If you expect papers after the deadline, please ask authors at least to register and to submit their abstract on time.
After the deadline you can switch to the phase "Bidding and Paper Submission" [Setting - Conference Properties - Bidding and Paper Submission]
and reviewers can already bid for the paper. Please check P1.2 for more details about the phases of Paperdyne.
If you expect many papers after the deadline, you should make an official deadline extension. Just switch to the next phase
later and let us know about the extension, so that we can publish the extended deadline at the Paperdyne website.
It is even possible to continue with assignment and reviewing phase, although some papers are still missing.
In these phases, authors cannot upload their paper themselves anymore, but you can upload the papers, if you get them via e-mail.

please check P2.5 for instructions, how to handle these papers.
