Switch to bidding phase [Settings - Phases - Bidding and Paper Submission] or [Settings - Phases -
Bidding without Paper Submission]. In the phase "Bidding and Paper Submission", authors who already
submitted an abstract, are still allowed to upload or change their paper file during the bidding phase.
Please go to [Setting - Conference Properties] to set the deadline for bidding. This deadline is automatically inserted into the bidding e-mail.
You can invite reviewers to bid for papers with the bidding e-mail [Office - Compose E-Mails - Mail to Reviewers - Start bidding phase].
Please notice, that in this template two different mail versions are included and displayed.
Registered reviewers are handled differently than non registered reviewer candidates.
