If you expect some more papers after doing the assignment, please wait for all late papers before doing the
reassignment. This way you do not need to ask reviewers too often to write additional reviews, and
the result of the assignment algorithm has better quality.
Papers you get in the review phase must be added to the system by the PCC manually. Please refer to P2.5)
to add these papers to the system.
Now the new assignment must be done. Please do the assignment in the same way as the regular assignment in P4.1),
just with one difference in step 6). Before choosing "Propose Assignment", you should lock all old assignments, so that
no assignment is taken away. This can be done with pressing the buttons "Reset Proposal" and then "Lock all Proposals".
After doing these assignments, reviewers of new papers must be notified. This can be done with sending the e-mail [Office - Compose E-Mails
- Mail to Reviewers - Changed assignment notification].
