P4.5) Some reviewers did not enter their reviews. What can I do?

You should remind reviewers to submit their papers with sending the e-mail [Office - Compose E-Mails - Mail to Reviewers - Review phase nearly over].

If you think, that the reviewer won't submit his reviews anymore, you might want to assign these papers to other reviewers.

Please do the assignment in the same way as the regular assignment in P4.1), just with a few differences: In step 4) please increase the number of reviews for the concerning papers. In step 6) please lock all old assignments before choosing "Propose Assignment", so that no assignment is taken away. This can be done with pressing the buttons "Reset Proposal" and then "Lock all Proposals".

After doing these assignments, reviewers of new papers must be notified. This can be done with sending the e-mail [Office - Compose E-Mails - Mail to Reviewers - Changed assignment notification].

If you have a reviewer, who does not cooperate at all, he should not log in anymore. Please do not just delete this user, because it is a lot of work to revoke that. You should just deactivate this user with [Users - View and Update - ...name of reviewer...] and change the user status to "Deactivated". If this user tries to log in, he won't be able to enter, but you will automatically be notified with an e-mail about this try.
