Please do the assignment in the same
way as the regular assignment in P4.1), just with a few differences:
In step 4) please increase the number of reviews for the concerning papers.
In step 6) please lock all old assignments before choosing "Propose Assignment", so that
no assignment is taken away. This can be done with pressing the buttons
"Reset Proposal" and then "Lock all Proposals"..
After doing these assignments, reviewers of new papers must be notified.
This can be done with sending the e-mail [Office - Compose E-Mails - Mail to Reviewers - Changed assignment notification].
