P6.2) How do I prepare the PC meeting?

Before preparing printouts for the PC meeting, please switch to phase [Settings - Phases - PC Meeting]. In this phase, no reviews can be uploaded anymore and you won't get inconsistent printouts.

Please have a look at the reports in the reports section. Many of them can be useful to have in the PC meeting.

Please remember, that you should have one printout for each paper. Sometimes you need additional reviews within the PC meeting. You can only get these reviews pretty fast, if you have printouts. Please download all papers in one Paperdyne-file with [Contributions - Papers Zip-File].

A good idea for organizing the discussion is, to always discuss groups of papers with similar quality according to the reviews. The report [Reports - Rating Reports - Ratings by Contribution] gives a paper ranking. You should have printouts of this report for each reviewer. This way everybody can follow the discussion.

Of course it is important to have printouts of all reviews. In the report [Reports - Basic Reports - All Reviews] you have all reviews at once. If you only want to print reviews for each paper separately, please go to [Contributions - List All - Reviews] for each review.

Before discussing each paper, it is important to ask reviewers with interest of conflict to leave the room. The dedicated report is [Reports - Basic Reports - Paper Reviewer Conflicts].
